These Terms & Conditions govern all sauna bookings, payments, and website use.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are made through our online system.

• Full payment is required at booking.

• Payments are processed securely via approved providers.

2. Cancellation / Refund Policy

• All orders are non-refundable.

• We can attempt to reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• Late cancellations or missed sessions cannot be moved or refunded.

3. Health & Safety

• Follow all safety guidelines on-site.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to use the sauna.

• Contraindications include pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or any other condition advised against by a doctor.

• We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or adverse effects.

4. Age Restrictions

• Minimum age for sauna use unsupervised: 16 years old

• Private/Family Sessions: 6 years old, provided they are under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian, at a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio. 

• Children must be supervised.

5. Use of Facilities

• Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce your session.

• Damage caused by misuse may incur charges.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Health issues from sauna use

• Lost or stolen items

• Third-party service interruptions

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

7. Service Changes & Closure

• Right to modify services, pricing, or operating hours.

• Sessions may be postponed due to extreme weather or operational issues.

8. UK Sauna Industry Disclaimers

• Sauna use is at your own risk.

• Consult a doctor before use if you have health concerns.

• Alcohol consumption before or during sauna use is strongly discouraged.

• Follow staff instructions at all times.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
