Share the heat. Our regular wood-fired sauna sessions with access to the ice baths, hot showers and space to cool off between rounds. Come solo, bring a mate or meet some new faces - settle in, switch off and enjoy Baked together.

Have Baked all to yourselves, with exclusive use of the wood-fired sauna, ice bath and plunge pool. Perfect for couples, families or groups of friends who fancy a little privacy, with plenty of space to warm up, cool down and enjoy it at your own pace.
90 minutes · £125
Take over the whole Baked space for a little longer. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, groups of friends or simply making an occasion of it, with exclusive use of the sauna, ice bath and plunge pool.

We are based at Lanteague on the fringes of Goonhavern, Cubert and 10 minutes drive from Newquay. You can find us with this address:

There is free parking on site but we recommend you lift share where possible. There is also a bus stop for the no.88 bus right outside Lanteague. The stop is called Lanteague Farm Shop and the bus runs from Redruth - Newquay and back. You can find the times here
We are also close to the Saints Trail for any keen cyclists passing through needing to rest their limbs. -
Yes. We have a warm communal changing room with private partitions including lockers, showers and a space for belongings. If you wish to lock your locker please bring your own padlock.

You can hire towels from us for a small fee.
We have sauna hats here free to use for our customers. -
We have a swimwear policy and it is important you sit on your towel when in the sauna to protect our benches and for hygiene reasons.
Please shower before entering the sauna to remove any dirt or impurities from the day. This helps maintain a clean and hygienic environment, reducing the risk of bacteria spreading.
Unless otherwise stated in a special session, swimwear is mandatory. We recommend comfortable and breathable sauna clothing to allow proper sweating. Natural fibres like cotton, bamboo & lyocell are the best choice. -
2m x 3m internally with parallel level benches to accomodate. Our sauna comfortably seats 8. For private sessions and Baked Gatherings we can accommodate up to 10 if you're a close-knit group and don't mind getting cosy.

We do not accept any essential oils on our burner or in the water for the burner. We only use natural herbal infused water from our land with our customers consent and in special sessions. This is to protect the woodburner from damage and also customers who may react to essential oils.

Social Sauna sessions are £14 per person for 50 minutes. You can also hire the whole sauna privately for £85. If you're planning on coming regularly, we have sauna passes available too, head to our booking section to see the options.

Yes! Baked Sauna gift vouchers are available to buy online and make a lovely gift for birthdays, thank-yous or simply treating someone to some time out. You can choose your voucher and buy it through our booking section.

Absolutely. You can book multiple spaces in a Social Sauna, hire the whole space privately for 50 minutes for £85, or book a 90-minute Baked Gathering for £125. Both private options include exclusive use of the sauna, ice bath and plunge pool. The sauna comfortably seats 8, or up to 10 if your group doesn’t mind getting cosy.

Plans change, we get it. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, we’ll refund your booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, get in touch as soon as you can and, where possible, we’ll try to move your booking to another available session.

We aim to open come rain or shine and have designed and built our sauna for the harsh weather systems here on the north coast of Cornwall.
However, in the event of snow, severe storm or winds where we may need to close you will be refunded for your session.

We like to encourage our customers and community to respect this special space and the sauna etiquette. Saunas are often a space where people discuss personal matters, catch up with friends, socialise and connect. We would like to keep our sauna space safe and for you to not repeat information you may hear that is not yours to discuss.

Yes children over 6 can attend the sauna with an adult. We also have a designated family sessions and after school wind down club coming up. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to find out when we launch.
You must be over 16 to attend without an adult.

Sauna and alcohol don’t mix, so Baked is an alcohol-free space during sauna and cold-plunge sessions. Please don’t drink alcohol before or during your session. If we believe someone is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they won’t be able to use the sauna or cold plunge. It’s simply about keeping everyone safe around extreme heat and cold.
