These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and use of the facilities at Baked Sauna. By making a booking, purchasing a pass or gift voucher, or participating in a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are made through our online booking system and must be paid for at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Please check the date, time and type of session carefully before completing your booking.

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you have received your booking confirmation.

2. Social Sauna, Private Hire & Baked Gatherings

Social Sauna sessions are shared sessions and individual spaces are booked per person.

Private Sauna bookings give your group exclusive use of the sauna, ice bath and plunge pool for the booked session.

Baked Gatherings are 90-minute private sessions with exclusive use of the Baked space, including the sauna, ice bath and plunge pool.

Our sauna comfortably seats 8 people. Private groups of up to 10 may attend if everyone is comfortable with a cosier sauna experience.

The person making a private or group booking is responsible for making their group aware of these Terms & Conditions, our safety guidance and our alcohol and drugs policy before attending.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, any payment made online will be refunded. Refunds may take several working days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may be able to move your booking to another available session, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable.

If Baked Sauna needs to cancel your session, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid for that booking.

4. Arrival & Late Attendance

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your session to allow time to change and get settled.

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session as this could affect the guests booked after you.

5. Health & Safety

Sauna bathing and cold-water immersion involve exposure to high and low temperatures and may not be suitable for everyone.

Guests are responsible for considering whether sauna and cold-water use are appropriate for them. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect your response to heat or cold, or have any concerns about your health, please seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

All guests must follow the safety information provided by Baked Sauna and any instructions given by the host.

Leave the sauna, ice bath or plunge pool immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or uncomfortable.

Participation in the ice bath and plunge pool is always optional.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Baked Sauna's liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6. Health Questionnaire & Waiver

Guests may be required to complete our health questionnaire and waiver before participating.

Please answer health questions honestly and update your information if your circumstances change.

For Private Sauna bookings and Baked Gatherings, each person participating must complete the required health questionnaire and waiver, not only the person who made the booking.

The lead booker is responsible for making their group aware of this requirement before attending.

7. Alcohol & Drugs

For the safety of all guests, alcohol and recreational drugs must not be consumed before or during a Baked Sauna session.

Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs may be refused use of the sauna, ice bath or plunge pool or asked to leave the site.

No refund will be provided where participation is refused on these grounds.

Guests attending Private Sauna sessions or Baked Gatherings are responsible for making sure everyone in their group is aware of this policy before attending.

8. Age Restrictions

Guests aged 16 and over may attend without a parent or guardian, subject to our usual booking and safety requirements.

Children aged 6 and over may attend appropriate private or family sessions when accompanied and constantly supervised by a parent or guardian, with a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the children in their care at all times.

9. Passes

Sauna passes are subject to the validity period and number of sessions shown at the time of purchase.

Passes are intended for the person/account they are purchased for unless otherwise stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expired or unused sessions cannot normally be refunded or extended unless agreed by Baked Sauna.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are subject to the validity period and any conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be provided for unused value except where required by law.

Bookings made using a gift voucher remain subject to our normal cancellation and booking terms.

11. Use of the Facilities

Please treat the sauna, changing facilities, ice baths, plunge pool and surrounding site with care and respect.

Guests must follow instructions from the Baked team and behave in a way that does not compromise their own safety or the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others.

We reserve the right to ask someone to leave where their behaviour is unsafe, abusive or seriously disruptive.

Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused deliberately or through misuse.

Please take care of your belongings. Baked Sauna cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

12. Weather, Maintenance & Unexpected Closures

As an outdoor sauna experience, occasionally weather, maintenance, water quality, equipment issues or other circumstances may mean we need to change, postpone or cancel a session.

We will always try to give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

If we cancel your session, you will be offered another suitable session or a refund for the affected booking.

13. Responsibility & Liability

Sauna bathing and cold-water immersion carry inherent risks associated with exposure to heat and cold. Guests are expected to follow the safety guidance provided, listen to their bodies and use the facilities responsibly.

Baked Sauna will take reasonable care in providing its services and maintaining a safe environment.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to Services & Pricing

We may occasionally change our opening hours, session formats, prices or services.

Changes will not affect the price of a booking that has already been confirmed unless agreed with you.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
